Oral Presentation
Oral presentations on the congress will be held on all three days, and the specific date and time can be seen in the acceptance email or in the online programme.
Guidelines for oral presentation:
– The presentation must not exceed 6 minutes. An additional 2 minutes are allocated for discussion. If the time limit is exceeded, the chair may interrupt the presentation.
– Presentations may be delivered in English.
– All presentation slides must be in English.
Personal laptops cannot be used. Before the session begins, presenters must upload their presentation to the session computer using a USB drive or similar device. Technical assistance will be available.
Disclosures will be included in the abstract and do not need to be repeated in the presentation.
Poster Presentation
For all poster presentations there will be wall in the congress area to hang the poster on. Each poster should be placed on the wall with the coresponding abstract number sent to the authors in the acceptance email, and follow the guidelines below. The poster may be mounted on Wednesday, 11th of November 2026 from 08:00 am, and mounting materials will be available.
Guidelines:
– The poster should not exceed 135 cm in height x 94 cm in width.
– The poster text must be in English
– Your presentation of the poster must be in English
All posters will be presented at the Poster Walk on Wednesday from 16.30-18.00, and the Poster Walk will be organized by topic.
The presentor must be ready to present their poster precisely at 4:30 pm on the 11th of November. There will be 2 minutes to concisely present the message of the poster in English. This will be followed by 1 minute for questions.
All Poster Walks are led by moderators. Several topic-based Poster Walks will run in parallel.
