Abstract Submission – NOF/DOS Congress 2026

 

Abstract submission for the NOF–DOS Congress 2026 is now open!

Deadline

Abstracts can be submitted until and including April 15, 2026.

Abstract Format

All abstracts must be structured using the following headings:

  • Background
  • Aim
  • Material and Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion

The abstract must not exceed 2,200 characters including spaces.

Review Process and Notification

All submitted abstracts will undergo a structured peer-review process.
Authors will be notified of acceptance no later than July 1, 2026.

Presentation Formats

Accepted abstracts will be allocated to one of the following presentation formats:

  • Oral presentation (Free Paper Sessions)
  • Poster presentation

The final presentation format will be determined based on the reviewer evaluations.

Awards

Based on the review process, the highest-rated abstracts will be selected for award sessions:

  • NOF/DOS Best Paper Presentation (Anders Rydholm Award)
  • YODA / ACTA Award

The YODA / ACTA Award session is reserved for trainees/residents who do not hold a PhD and are not enrolled as PhD students at the time of abstract submission.
